Good cooker; tart. Large, almost white skinned fruit. Very crisp, juicy refreshing white flesh. Name was chosen to conjure up the image of cool, white majesty.
Very winter hardy, hardy to zone 3. Polygenic resistance to apple scab; susceptible to fire blight.
