Harcot (July 25th)

The earliest of the Harrow apricots, with a first harvest date of July 25th at the University of Guelph, Department of Plant Agriculture, Vineland. Frost-hardy late bloom. Resists brown rot and perennial canker, two problems well known in rainy areas. Requires 700 hrs winter chill. (According to Bob Purvis of NAFEX, significantly less hardy than the other Har- apricots.)
